Children: Mature Adult Facility Only. No small children are permitted. (Babies under the age of 5 months permitted.) Children 12 years of age or older are allowed with adult supervision only at all times, and only by special permission of the owner. Parent or Guardian is responsible for any and all damages that may be incurred during their stay. Charges for damages are assessed at full replacement value.

Smoking/Pets: We are strictly a smoke free and pet free facility! A remediation fee equivalent to the charge made for 2 (two) nights rental of the entire house will be assessed should any guest smoke, or bring the smell of smoke, inside the Oak Garden Inn B&B, or have a pet on the property. Local kennels can be contacted in the area for any pets traveling with our customers.

Deposits: Advanced payment in full is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation: There is a $25 cancellation fee. Oak Garden Inn B&B must be given a fourteen (14) day or more notice of cancellation before your confirmed arrival date. Refund made by check (minus $25). If you cancel less than fourteen days prior to your reservation date, there will be no refund made. If we are able to re-book the canceled date, then and only then will we refund your money minus $25. If we are unable to re-book, a voucher to be used in a 30-day period from cancellation date will be sent for your use.

Confirmation: Your reservation is only confirmed once we receive your payment along with the signed confirmation form. Until such time, we will do a courtesy hold for 24 hours. No courtesy holds for holidays or hunting season.

Holidays: A minimum of 3 nights is required for all holidays-no discounts.

Hunters: A minimum of 2 nights is required for all hunters. NO drinking is allowed on the premises of the Oak Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast.

Breakfast:We are uniquely designed for those individuals who seek the comfort and pampering of an upscale Bed & Breakfast, while experiencing the access and privacy of a home. All standard room rates include an excellent unhosted full breakfast with each night's stay, to be enjoyed at your leisure.
